Edimer Ortega Toledo earned accolades for Colombia's Central Region with this exceptional Pink Bourbon, capturing 5th place in the Copa de Oro.

For nearly three decades, Edimer and his family have been growing coffee on their farms, Finca La Solita and Finca Buenavista, selectively harvesting and employing a semi-washed process: a controlled 45-hour in-cherry fermentation, followed by de-pulping, lacto-fermentation and washing before greenhouse drying. The result is a complex and refined flavor profile.
